FTG Development is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team on-site for a prestigious development project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in construction or real estate to take ownership of financial operations at the project level.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for site operations

Supervise accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Oversee procurement, payroll, and contractor payments

Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and senior leadership

Implement financial systems and controls to support strategic decision-making

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

5–7 years of experience in financial management, ideally in construction or real estate

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and tax laws

Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Business Central

Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus
